More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the images.

Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend identifying different parts of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
